At H2K, we offer diverse skills and expertise that have been developed from our founders’ extensive experience in federal information technology; specifically, IT Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity, Software Development Life Cycle, Database Services, Web Services, and Network/Application Optimization. Our underpinning business model is to implement proven processes, hire and maintain highly qualified professionals in specialized technical fields, and incorporate the founders’ expertise and leadership.
To enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer and any regulatory requirements, and to continually improve its performance, H2K implemented a Quality Management System, a Service Management System and a Security Management System. To standardize the implementation and operation of these systems, H2K achieved certifications in ISO 9000-2015 (Quality Management); ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 (Service Management); and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Security Management). For each active and planned project, H2K follows the ISO guidance to align information technology and security services and business strategy; create formal frameworks for current service improvement projects; reduce performance risk and cost; and create a stable framework for both resource utilization and performance management. In 2019, H2K was successfully appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) DEV Level 3 of our software development projects.
