August 2019 – Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) EcoSystem Line of Business (LoB) Infrastructure West Support Services

H2K teamed with Sienna Systems to win Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) EcoSystem Line of Business (LoB) Infrastructure East Support Services at Ogden, Utah and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Under this contract, H2K provides technical, administrative and Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Library (ITIL) functionality to support Department of Defense (DoD) Mission Partners and internal DISA customers. Requirements include installing, implementing, testing, maintaining, monitoring, web administering, middleware administering, troubleshooting, repairing, providing security administration support, and configuring/testing the capabilities of Commercial-Off-the-Shelf and Government-off-the-shelf products (e.g., network devices, operating environments and servers). We also provide various levels of system administration support across multiple technologies, including storage devices, x86 virtual infrastructures, non-x86 virtual infrastructures, and cloud infrastructures residing on NIPRNET, and SIPRNet environment.
